Threshold Training, Easterside Hub – Tuesday 31st July 2018

Middlesbrough Council has reviewed its training offer for the Thresholds, resulting in the training being updated in line with Middlesbrough Children Services Transformation Programme. John Scadden and Emma Wright are offering a 2 hour training session for Middlesbrough Service only. The next session will be held on Tuesday 31st July at Easterside Hub from 9.30 – 11.30 am. Signs of Safety Partner Agency and Staff Briefings, Middlesbrough Town Hall Crypt – Wednesday 15th August 2018, 1.00 – 4.00 pm

Council Tax Reduction Claim Form

Middlesbrough residents who are in receipt of universal credit or housing benefit and haven’t claimed council tax reduction, the customer can complete a claim form which can be found here

Lego Clubs

Work It Out

Work it out is an eight day course designed to equip local residents with improved IT skills to help them navigate Universal Credit and be better prepared to enter the world of work. The course runs Tuesday to Friday for 2 weeks at The Resource Centre, Meath Street, Middlesbrough, with refreshments and a lunchtime sandwich being provided. Early Help Forums

Early Help Forums are now being held on a fortnightly basis, and have been rated by OFSTED as good practice. You can request to bring a case to the Early Help Forum by contacting the Family Partnership Team. Further details can be found here
