OPAL Platinum School Showcase
The OPAL Primary Programme, supporting school improvement through play, are holding their Platinum School Showcase between 12 and 3 pm on Friday 10th November 2017 at ESH Winning Primary School in Durham.

Numeracy Session At NESTA
NESTA have been running some great in-house initiatives between the various primary and secondary school members. They are pleased to now share these with colleagues from other schools. Literacy Session At NOPA
North Ormesby Primary Academy not only function as a a Regional Training Centre for Apple but they also host a range of speakers and trainers that they have found inspirational in the past. Hullabaloo Christmas Performance
Do you all know about Hullabaloo? It is currently in the final stage of construction next door to Darlington Civic Theatre. It focuses on producing, hosting and touring theatre productions aimed at 0-16 year olds. It opens in December and the first show (Early Years/KS1) has been announced with tickets now on sale.

Trending opened in June 2016 and was initially funded by Talent Match/Big Lottery to help people with interview clothes following a period of unemployment. It has however, been so successful they have been able to open the project up and now work with any vulnerable people within the community including the homeless, women’s refuge’s, fire brigade, etc, providing both new and used free clothing for men, women and children.
Donations are made by members of the public and various local retailers who have been keen to get involved in this great initiative. If you know of any families that would benefit from Trending clothing bank please feel free to send them their way. Stock can be viewed every Friday between 10am and 4 pm at Unit 7a, Bowes Road Industrial Estate, Riverside Park, TS2 1LU or on the social media network Facebook at TrendingMiddlesbrough.
